TimerCam ("the App") is developed and provided by Redseven Apps (Represented by Daisuke Yamashita) ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
The App does not require account registration, and we do not directly collect personal information that identifies you. However, the App uses third-party services provided by Google, including Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may collect and process certain information, including:

All photos remain on your device under your control. We have no access to them.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google, acting as a third-party vendor, and its partners may use device identifiers (such as the IDFA), approximate location, and information about your interaction with ads and the App to provide and measure advertising. Depending on your consent and settings, the ads shown may be personalized or non-personalized.
The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve features. Firebase Analytics may collect app usage events, device and app information, approximate location, and related identifiers. The App does not send your captured photos to Firebase Analytics.
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to detect, analyze, and fix crashes and stability issues. Crashlytics may collect crash logs, stack traces, device information, operating system version, app version, and installation identifiers. The App does not send your captured photos to Crashlytics.

On iOS, before any data is used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you do not allow tracking, the App will not use the IDFA for tracking. You may still see ads, but they may be less personalized depending on your consent choices and settings.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App presents a consent message (using Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. You may grant or decline consent, and you can change your choice later. Where required, we and our advertising partners rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing.
The App also applies your advertising consent choices to Google and Firebase ad-related consent settings, such as ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising shown in the App is not intended for children.
We do not operate our own servers that store your photos or personal content. Data processed for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting is handled by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy and security practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

すべての写真はお客様の管理のもと端末内に留まり、当方がアクセスすることはありません。
本アプリは、広告の表示に Google AdMob を利用しています。第三者配信事業者である Google およびそのパートナーは、広告の配信・効果測定のために、デバイス識別子（IDFA など）、おおよその位置情報、広告および本アプリの利用・操作に関する情報を取得・処理する場合があります。お客様の同意および設定に応じて、表示される広告はパーソナライズされる場合と、されない場合があります。
本アプリは、利用状況を把握し機能改善に役立てるために Firebase Analytics を利用しています。Firebase Analytics は、アプリの利用イベント、端末およびアプリに関する情報、おおよその位置情報、関連する識別子を取得する場合があります。本アプリは、撮影した写真を Firebase Analytics に送信しません。
本アプリは、クラッシュや安定性の問題を検出・分析・修正するために Firebase Crashlytics を利用しています。Crashlytics は、クラッシュログ、スタックトレース、端末情報、OS バージョン、アプリバージョン、インストール識別子などを取得する場合があります。本アプリは、撮影した写真を Crashlytics に送信しません。

iOS では、他社が所有するアプリやウェブサイトをまたいでお客様をトラッキングする目的でデータを使用する前に、本アプリは Apple の「アプリのトラッキングの透明性（App Tracking Transparency）」の仕組みを通じて許可を求めます。この選択は、いつでも「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」で変更できます。トラッキングを許可しない場合、本アプリは IDFA をトラッキング目的で使用しません。広告は引き続き表示される場合がありますが、お客様の同意状況や設定に応じて、パーソナライズの程度が制限される場合があります。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスにお住まいのお客様には、パーソナライズ広告を配信する前に、Google の User Messaging Platform を用いた同意メッセージを表示します。お客様は同意または拒否を選択でき、後から変更することもできます。必要な場合、当方および広告パートナーは、お客様の同意を処理の法的根拠とします。
本アプリは、お客様の広告に関する同意状況を、広告保存、広告ユーザーデータ、広告パーソナライズなどの Google および Firebase の広告関連同意設定にも反映します。
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリに表示される広告も子どもを対象としたものではありません。
当方は、お客様の写真や個人的なコンテンツを保存する独自サーバーを運用していません。広告、解析、クラッシュ診断のために処理されるデータは、Google が自社のプライバシーポリシーおよびセキュリティ慣行に従って取り扱います。
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて改訂されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページにて「最終更新日」を更新のうえ掲示します。
