TimerCam ("the App") is developed and provided by Redseven Apps (Represented by Daisuke Yamashita) ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
The App does not require account registration, and we do not directly collect personal information that identifies you. However, the App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process certain information, including:

All photos remain on your device under your control. We have no access to them.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google, acting as a third-party vendor, and its partners may use device identifiers (such as the IDFA), approximate location, and information about your interaction with ads and the App to provide and measure advertising. Depending on your consent and settings, the ads shown may be personalized or non-personalized.

On iOS, before any data is used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App presents a consent message (using Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. You may grant or decline consent, and you can change your choice later. Where required, we and our advertising partners rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising shown in the App is not intended for children.
We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Any data processed for advertising is handled by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy and security practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

TimerCam（以下「本アプリ」）は、Redseven Apps（代表: 山下大介）（以下「当方」）が開発・提供しています。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリがお客様の情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、以下の内容に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、当方がお客様を特定する個人情報を直接収集することはありません。ただし、本アプリは Google AdMob を通じて第三者の広告を表示します。広告の配信および効果測定のために、Google および広告パートナーが以下の情報を取得・処理する場合があります。

iOS では、他社が所有するアプリやウェブサイトをまたいでお客様をトラッキングする目的でデータを使用する前に、本アプリは Apple の「アプリのトラッキングの透明性（App Tracking Transparency）」の仕組みを通じて許可を求めます。この選択は、いつでも「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」で変更できます。トラッキングを許可しない場合でも広告は表示されますが、パーソナライズされません。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスにお住まいのお客様には、パーソナライズ広告を配信する前に、Google の User Messaging Platform を用いた同意メッセージを表示します。お客様は同意または拒否を選択でき、後から変更することもできます。必要な場合、当方および広告パートナーは、お客様の同意を処理の法的根拠とします。
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリに表示される広告も子どもを対象としたものではありません。
当方は、お客様の個人データを保存するサーバーを運用していません。広告のために処理されるデータは、Google が自社のプライバシーポリシーおよびセキュリティ慣行に従って取り扱います。
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて改訂されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページにて「最終更新日」を更新のうえ掲示します。
